DevLog 2: Adding and Getting Students

I have built 3 endpoints:

• GET /students: Get the full list of students with their details from database.
• POST /students: Allows to add a student to database .
• GET /students/{scholar_number}: Allows to get the details of that specific student.

Scholar numbers are auto assigned: I coded it to get the latest scholar number from database and then add +1 to it and assign that for the details provided.

I have not added any authorisation, as this is just a learning project and may add later, before shipping I guess.
