Added ‘My invitations’ section in website

Added My invitations section that shows the invitations created by that user. From here user can see the invitation, creation date, and user can also delete the invitation.

Delete option will delete all files that are part of that invitation from the cdn, then delete the complete invitation from the db.

And also added some minor fixes such as:

• webpage title issues
• added favicon
• etc…
