Update of the File Explorer

In this addition i added more manuality to basic functions and huge amount of small fixes that enabled me to add new things. Some small updates:

• Added seconds to time
• Skip option for booting screent by pressing ESC
• Everything preinstalled is now a default so testers will be able to use system more easily
  Also as it is shown in the image now there is new look to File Exlorer and it can now open txt files in notepad, though some of functions like searching are not working yet. Images one of which is stored in Documents folder is opening as text in notepad showing link.
  Next update I will polish File Explorer and add Image Viewer
