More commands and boot screen

I reworked app opening logic so now you can open an app with one terminal command, like notepad or web.
Also now before lock screen booting screen can be seen. It shows ~350 lines of some made up text to imitate linux boot screen. It takes about 5.5 seconds to boot up.
