New mounting & aero designs
Well i looked at some designs of the worlds fastest fpv pod drone from youtube of world record holders in search of proper tested ideas and mounting hole positioning this helps in saving time and money while the design of the drones is not copied the core idea and the mistakes of the record holders drones are kept in mind to avoid any costly mistakes , while this method cant guarantee 100% perfection of the entire assembely or the design there can always be room for mistakes despite trying to avoid it
Now for the new elements the issue with the PDB mounting holes have bought me to a conclusion to change the distance between the mounting holes and match it to the FC so a single big hole can be used for all purpose avoiding any poor mounting or adding additional weight just to support any additional unnecessary supports for the holes
talking about supports the supports between the holes and the walls are now webbed with thickness of 1mm with multiple walls to make it stiff enough for high G forces , making it a better design choice for mounting and stiffness
about the new addition the previous design of the wing is now changed to a proper NACA airfoil to avoid excess drag and no lift to avoid instability at high speed during maneuvering
