Devlog #3.0 - GitHub Genome

Today’s focus was turning the GitHub Genome analyzer into a real feature by connecting it to GitHub’s API and generating meaningful genome reports from live repo data.

What’s New

• Connected the GitHub Genome analyzer to GitHub’s public REST API.
• Added support for both full GitHub repo URLs and owner/ repo input.
• Retrieved live repo info including metadata, languages, README, and other stats.
• Created a Genome Health score based on multiple repo metrics.

It’s completely functional and shows real data now!
