• update skill display to use icons from simpleicons cdn
• added hover to show skill name functionality
• added devops eng to roles because someone said i had devops skills from another project
• fix background z index overlap
• clarity for timezone
• refresh local timezone display every second
• remove card effect for transparent display on the guestbook

havent worked on project showcase nor blog posts pages yet because i need to finish my blog first and figure out how to get git repos from forgejo api
