Devlog #1 — The Beginning of DOT DevOS

Today I officially started working on DOT DevOS, a browser-based operating system built for developers and creators. The goal is to create a clean, modern desktop experience that feels original while showcasing modern web development.

I began by planning the overall design and choosing a minimal dark theme inspired by developer tools like VS Code, Raycast, and Linear. Rather than recreating an existing operating system, I wanted to build something with its own identity.

🚀 Progress
💡 Finalized the DOT DevOS concept
🎨 Chose the color palette and visual style
🖥️ Designed the desktop layout
📌 Created the floating dock concept
📂 Planned the core applications:

✨ Started building the first UI components
🎯 Goals for Version 1
🪟 Draggable application windows
💻 Functional Terminal app
📝 Notes with LocalStorage
📊 Dashboard with useful widgets
⚙️ Settings for themes and wallpapers
🌌 Smooth animations and a polished developer-focused interface

This is just the first step, but the foundation for DOT DevOS is now in place. The next milestone is bringing the desktop to life with interactive windows, core applications, and a smooth user experience.
