New db scrape is completed!

Major changes

• Top words leaderboard
• Leaderboard search system
• Updated stats page (see below)
• Added a combined leaderboard (hackatime + slack time)
• Added backups in coolify
• Minor repo restructure (moved shiptalkers-app to its own shiptalkers-app/ dir)
• Added gzip support for slack api scrapers
