The game over screen

if you run out of power and have no solar panel a game over screen pops up. It stops the game and lets you restart

fixes

I added a active cursor display on the side of the cursor to make the switch between buy mode and fix mode flow better

I also made the amount of time you have to hold down the mouse to switch cursor modes half as long
