Site’s done. Actually done. Got it to a place I actually liked instead of just a place I was tired of looking at, and shipped it. Three devlogs of fighting the generic-AI-look problem and it finally landed somewhere that feels like Spectralis instead of every other landing page on the internet.

After devlog #12 and #13’s whole ordeal of everything converging on the same generic design no matter what got tried, something finally clicked and stuck. Shipped it. Two honest confessions on the way out the door, might as well log them here instead of pretending otherwise.

1 — It’s Live
The full rework from the last two devlogs is done and pushed. Went from “everything looks like AI made it” to something that actually feels intentional. Whatever finally broke the streak, it worked.
2 — The Help & Manuals Tab Is A Placebo Button
Full transparency: the Help & Manuals tab on the site exists, looks real, sits right where you’d expect it, and does essentially nothing right now. It’s there because a site without one looks incomplete, not because there’s real content behind it yet. Consider it a placeholder wearing a real button’s clothes.

3 — I Copied FL Studio’s Homepage. Hard.
Not going to pretend otherwise: leaned on FL Studio’s site pretty heavily for structure and layout ideas here. And honestly, that’s just how this works — programming, design, all of it is borrowing from people who borrowed from the people before them. Nobody’s inventing layout from first principles in 2026.

Q: What is a “progger”?
A: A human programmer. You. The one who finally shipped a website after three devlogs of fighting it.
Q: Is Help & Manuals actually going to do anything eventually?
A: Presumably, someday. Right now it’s a promise the button is making on behalf of a future devlog.
Q: Isn’t copying FL Studio’s homepage kind of a big deal?
A: Structure and layout inspiration, not a straight copy-paste. And realistically, every site borrows from something — this one’s just being honest about the source.
Q: Did the “everything looks like AI” problem from devlog #13 actually get solved?
A: Yes, finally. Whatever changed between then and now worked.
