Devlog #01

Hey guys!!

Today I started this project, and I’ve really enjoyed working on it from the very beginning.

Here are the main features my WebOS currently has:

• XFCE-inspired desktop environment
• Customizable desktop wallpaper and themes
• Draggable desktop icons with grid snapping
• Persistent desktop layout
• Taskbar with app launcher and running windows
• Start menu with app search
• Window manager with drag, resize, minimize, maximize, and multi-window support
• Virtual filesystem stored in the browser
• File Explorer
• Notepad text editor
• Paint drawing application
• Web browser
• Video player
• Terminal emulator
• Settings panel
• First-launch setup wizard
• Light/dark mode support

In the next devlogs, I want to improve the terminal system and introduce a custom file format.
