Starweb dev log #18 (woah didn’t devlog for a while)

Network tab and DevTools got restyled to match the rest.

Every request now gets timed in stages: resolve, connect, TLS, send, wait, download, each stamped as it happens inside perform_request. The panel draws that as a bar per stage, plus headers, response preview, and a security tab with the TLS info for that request.

Then the devtools were redesigned to match the browser style from the last devlog.
