added Inventory, Card drops

You can now get cards dropped by buying or reviewing games. There are 4 rarities you can get and you can also just test pull these (so you can try it out yourself).

Also because of this new feature I found a Issue with the notification system I am gonna fix.

You can also trade these card with others through the chat or the trade tab. And you can also forge cards together if you have to many duplicates.

Because of this new feature I also found a issue with the notification system, Hopefully have it fixed tommorow.
