Discovery

I set up a Discord server for the game, so LARPARDY! is now on Discord’s discovery (App Directory)! This is now used for the demo link for the game.

README (please)

Just spent some time redoing the (ancient) README and making it look pretty and detailed. I took some screenshots and added them here. They also show up on Discord! :D
