It can now maximize and restore behavior. Welcome and Notes can now fill the usable desktop while leaving the taskbar visible. Before maximizing, the system remembers each window’s original position and dimensions. Clicking the maximize control again restores the previous window state. Maximized windows cannot be dragged until restored.
