Added a local Moondream vision model so non-vision providers can still describe screenshots as text. Added a file converter plugin to convert, batch convert, and resize images between PNG, JPG, WEBP, BMP, TIFF, GIF, and ICO. Jarvis will be able to use these features through key words and convert and will auto use Moondream for providers without vision
