Kronoblock Devlog 1
Hello everyone! just want to share a game that I’ve been working on called Kronoblock. It’s a web-based Minecraft-like with (planned) time travel and turn-based combat mechanics. It’s still in very early development, and pointers or suggestions would be appreciated (i have no idea what im really doing).
Currently, it only has some basic features:
- chunks and basic terrain generation
- block placement
- movement & collisions
- basic entity system
- basic gui’s: main menu, world menu, inventory
but hopefully I can make some substantial progress. I’m admittedly a slow programmer, so don’t expect the most frequent updates.
To try it out, open the Github repository and follow the instructions to play it there (also read some of the notes there). Questions, feedback, or any form of help are appreciated.

Very ambitious i see.
@Cassetu Thanks for the comment and like! Yeah, i’m not sure how far this will go, all that there really is right now are some ideas that I want to share that people will hopefully enjoy.
@gerald also beware the software limitations of running it on the web versus an desktop app.
@Cassetu Yea, there are many limitations, but I think the web is also getting a little more advanced with stuff like webGPU, and with the creation of many web ports / games nowadays, I think a game like mine is somewhat possible as long as i can optimize it decently
