After seeing Mac-trackpad-mapper, I was surprised at how well it worked. However, the code was some 2 years old and much more of a test than an actual app like I hoped. So I decided to fork the driver and turn it into what I hope to be a fully usable Macbook trackpad driver (kind of like how OpenTabletDriver works so flawlessly).
Currently it supports absolute (makes osu! actually playable on trackpad) and relative positioning with zero acceleration with customizable area and sensitivity respectively. As it turns out, disabling trackpad acceleration in the Apple settings does not actually disable it fully. It’s barebones currently but I hope to add much more and get a first release. repo
