Mods: The proejct description and the ship still say that it may have startup times. This is no longer true. Could someone remove that as I can’t do that any longer?

Now we have proper hosting without any cold starts. Additionally we now also have cloudflare caching for that extra performance. And while I was at it I added a very simple favicon too
