added a Todo task widget , main problem came in when writing code inside the DOMContentLoaded listener it was not taking code because of errors like not proper closing of the code and also while writing code in CSS like messing up with the alignment(format) and other and one time the todo task didnt even take any input ,it was because of a syntax error but it was solved
