Cosmic Ray Detector

Basically, cosmic rays are particles of high energy (like protons) that come from space. When they touch the atmosphere they produce other secondary particles, some of which touch the soil and can be detected. It's really helpful in particle physics. It isn't really my favorite field of physics, but it has tangents with quantum physics, my favorite field. And I'm trying to build a detector which can detect them and give out data.
