I just finished Java Programming I of the Java MOOC course by University of Helsinki.

I was allowed to log hours spent learning for my project (the Minecraft Mod), so I did :)

Initially, I decided to be stupid and make a Minecraft Mod without learning Java (biggest mistake) and that caused me eternal pain. I’m not sure why I did that, so I then decided to actually learn Java.

I’ll probably DevLog every time I finish 1 part of the course, or whenever I feel like it lol, but yea here’s 14h logged then. It’s just a screenshot cus I was too lazy to record a video.

The screenshot shows one of the exercises I did for the course, the second last exercise of the Java Programming I course. After this, I move to Java Programming II course.

After I finish that, I’ll work on my mod, I guess it’s long time due by now. Hopefully it goes better than before (wish me luck).
