Added docs

I looked into ways of adding documentation for this project and found that doxygen was exactly what I wanted. I went through the quick start and got it running a bit. Then I used my ai to write inline comments for all the functions. I went through all of them and fixed any errors that it made. Then when generating the config with doxygen I ran into the problem where it only made docs for structs and not for functions. After tweaking everything it now works. I changed so much I don’t really know what individual tweak actually fixed it.
