Finished the final touches on Parkello! Implemented persistent file storage with fstream so the system automatically saves and reloads live parking metrics from parking_records.txt with formatted labels. Added input stream sanitization (cin.clear() and buffer flushing) across all menus to prevent infinite loop crashes if someone enters invalid non-numeric characters, tightened the login attempt lockout check, and added flexible delete confirmations (1/0/Y/N).
