Base KMK and added OLED & Layer support

Made the base KMK matrix & keymap (very easy)
Then added OLED configuration (SSD 1306 with i2c protocol)
-P..S. The protocol works in a very interesting way

Explored some Layer switching that I want. I use all my keys, so I have a Temporary active when holding down the enter key, and a toggle with the Plus and Minus Keys together. (KC.LT and combos)

Still need to complete keymap of 2nd layer and add actual stuff to display on OLED
