Continuing the assorted improvements to the app:

Fixed stacked drawers so nested drawer state updates reactively.
Reworked the Friends page into shared List, ListSection, ListRow, and Card components.
Preserved friend drag-and-drop ordering within the new layout.
Improved timetable UX:

• i fixed the lesson selection in week view
• correctly aligned the “now” indicator in today view
• restricted timetable mode navigation to mobile through CSS, cos desktop already has the sidebar
• improved planner event styling.
• made the drawer compenent animate in and out, something i lost from the react -> solid migration

I also added a reusable event-tag selection row with symbols and selected-state feedback.
