What’s New in Version 3.0

Layout & Navigation

Redesigned the desktop layout with a cleaner, grid-based arrangement.
Added a Windows-inspired taskbar for a more familiar navigation experience.
Updated the top menu bar with fully functional navigation buttons that integrate with the system.

Visual Improvements

Replaced the old react-battery-gauge component with a custom blue gradient battery indicator that better matches the overall theme.
Refreshed the Wi-Fi and volume controls with a cleaner, more responsive design.
Improved the clock formatting so the date and time fit naturally within the taskbar.
Updated the widget designs to give them a more modern and consistent appearance.

Customization

OceanOS now ships with a custom ocean-themed desktop by default.
Easily switch wallpapers and personalize the desktop through the built-in Settings app.
