(v0.0.8-Alpha) Sidebar and Responsivenes

Updates

• Added responsiveness to the login, signup, upload, home pages and header component
• Made the sidebar functional, you can now filter data based on year, country, state, exam
• i think currently, on smaller devices, the font size is a lot smaller, if you guys feel the same please give me a review so that I can improve it!

What next?

• Next, I’ll work on enhancing the responsiveness
• And also, i’ll start designing the card which will contain details of the papers
• I also need to handle edge cases like not showing upload button to guest users and so many loop holes that are still there in this project.
