table of contents feature is done!

took only 10 hours, but im done with the table of contents thing! you can press shift+j to go down to the next heading, and i forgot to add shift+k 😭 anyway this took a while since i couldn’t figure out how to position the box properly and how to style it. this was fucking ass icl. i usually have much more to talk about but this wasn’t the most fun so here’s the commits:
