What´s new:

  1. Interactive Background! The cursor forms star constellations and in the middle is a subtle WaldOS© title.

  2. Randomly some little shooting stars flying over the screen (some cute little ones💫)

  3. I´m worikng on a new App design for every app witch fits way better in the style (but need soo long time😢)

Welcome to the WaldOS©!
The WaldOS© is a Webbased operating system by #Waldewort. It already has the most important features like:

  • A Notebook screen which saves your notes for the next session

  • A Trumpetfingeringlearning screen made by my coding college #Dasher2801

  • For all the ones who only want to watch longform YouTube content the Waldiverse, a YouTube application

  • The WaldSearch, a Wikipedia based Searchmachine which outputs you only Wikipedia articles

  • The Waldlas, a openstreetmaps based map version with Searchmodus and the possibility to make emoji Pins all over the world witch also saves over sessions and a route planer to plan your next vacation (We as coder won´t need this XD )

  • It´s important during coding to not forget to eat so theres the Mooncalendar, opens by pressing on the date is presize and custumisable Notes are possible witch saves over your sessions

!!!Try out what happens when you press on the clock!!!

Please only try it on desktop and you need at least a FHD Monitor that the windows aren´t too big! One day there will be a mobile version!

But the WaldOS© is still in process and a lot more Apps will come, with even more features and better Style.

Please remember that I needed 40 hours to code this caused by coding it BY MYSELF and not AI, so also the design is not the best but at least not a AI Design like on 95% of the projects here!

Lunch of the WaldOS© Version 1.0 today❗

Thinks changed since last time:

  1. The best App has launched, The Waldlas:
    A Openstreetmaps based maps app with a lot of functions:
  • Your current location and the WaldOS© Headquarter are fixed on the map as a pin.
  • You can klick anywhere on the map and pin a emoji with text to the map to don´t ever forget where this good restaurant was ( because we all forget always 😢, but not anymore 🥳)
  • A searchbar makes it possible to find any location within milliseconds (for all the bad geographie students 😉)
  • And a FULLY USEABLE ROUTESEARCH SIDEBAR (wow!), just type in two locations and it will find the fastest route for cars!
  1. Again a new design! I removed the background and now theres something like a glassy optic ( I know a bit mainstream but I didn´t know what else 😢)
  2. Bugfixes 1.3 for the Waldiverse and the Waldsearch
  3. I don´t know it´s too much happend XD

Now the WaldOS has an fullscreenmode to make it feel like a real Operating System (That´s so cool!)
Other things I added:

  1. Togglemode for the appicons to close them by pressing again on them
  2. A new App has launched (yippie):
    A calender to write in all your import dates to ship the next project for stardance XD
  3. The Taskbar border is gone now the Border is the sun 🤯
  4. The Waldiverse and Waldsearch became their own Icons and a big remake:
    The Waldiverse (YouTube) experience is now way smoother and easier to handle
    The Waldsearch has now a own Wikipedia Screen in the WaldOS 😱 which opens by choosing an article and makes the expierience of WaldOS© sooo immersive (befor you was kicked out to your browser 🙄)
  5. The design is a bit updated and some datails like backgroundcolors changed (some uninteresting stuff XD )

All the new features:

  1. Better WaldVideo App:
    Thanks to the google cloud YouTube DATA API v3 now you can search directly in the window and then watch your favorite Videos ( yesss, that´s soo cool :))

  2. The WaldSearch:
    A Wikipedia Action API make it possible to search all you want to know and then get the matching Wikipedia Pages to read (Only the best information for you all XD )

  3. New App in building:
    I´m building up an complete own app in the WaldOS without any iframes or APIs, the release of this will be next time (you have to have a bit patience, it will be soo cool. I promise :)))

❗NEW FEATURES FOR THE WALDOS© ❗

Devlog 4 !

New things I added:

  1. A new taskbar for a better overview
  2. Maximizable Windows ( Now you can see something 🤯💻)
  3. A notes Window with enough space to write down all notes about your own stardance project :)
  4. YouTube as a Window (Yippie, sadly you have to paste the Video-URL in, but changes will come :))
  5. Onklick move to top on all Windows

  5. A own CSS - File for the stile (Now it´s ordered 👌)

My WaldOS is doing a big progress!
I´ve added a couple of new thiongs in part 2.
- A aqua translucent Top Bar where all the underpages will get linked
- A background of vacation in Michigan to make the OS more beautiful
- Circeled all the edges and outlined all boxes
- Centered the main Box

Just finished the first part of the tutorial!
I´ve once learned HTML in school like in sixth class or so and now all the memories come back and it´s a lot of fun to program in HTML (although the WaldOS© looks like garbage XD). But I´m hyped to build it better and spend way more time in this cool project which I can still use after the Stardance Challenge!

I´ve finished with the help of google gemini my HTML Overlay for the RISK Calculaor. Now you can try it optically beautiful and of course it is still mathematically fully right!
So the next RISK game is gonna be comletely chill if you use my fully free and easy-to-use RISK Calculator!
Sadly the HTML Overlay was not accepted by Starpheus so it´s an exe File now for voting :(
Please give it a try it´s worth it!

Calculator for RISK

I´m now finished with the basic programm!

If you want to play RISK relaxed without to have to roll the dice half the time you can now use my calculatur for the fights!

Random Integers are generated and in compliance with all the rules of the game calculated. The attacker can also choose how many attackers shall be left and so don´t have to fight the weaker battles with 2 or 1 attacker.

The winning chance is like if you roll the dice, about 54% to lose as defender and 46% as attacker, but as I explained in the beginning it´s like in real life not math, it´s a random dice ! But you don´t have to worry about if you lose the fight with my programm qou would also lose with real dices ;)

You can now try it, but there will come a lot more features soon!
